Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Atlas Hikes services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms are clearly stated during the booking process. Deposits may be required for certain tours and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by tour. Generally, cancellations made 30 days or more before departure receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days may incur penalties. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Tour Participation Requirements
Participants must be in good physical condition and meet minimum age requirements. Some tours require specific fitness levels or medical clearances. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all tour requirements before booking.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Atlas Hikes liability is limited as outlined in these terms. We recommend travel insurance for all participants.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Atlas Hikes and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our service.
Content and Conduct
You are responsible for all content you post or transmit through our service. You agree to use the service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive full refunds minus processing fees. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.
What should I do if I have a medical condition?
Please inform us of any medical conditions during booking. Some tours require medical clearance. We recommend consulting your doctor before booking strenuous activities.
Are children allowed on tours?
Children under 12 are generally not recommended for strenuous treks. Family-friendly tours are available for ages 8+. Minimum age requirements vary by tour.
What happens if weather affects our tour?
Weather-related changes may occur for safety. We may reschedule, modify routes, or provide alternatives. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations.
